Medical Centres and Aged Care - Retirement Villages and Nursing Homes
Spectrum Analysis undertook demographic studies for Catholic Homes in Hawthorn, Croydon, Sunshine and Meadow Heights.
The purpose of these studies was to ascertain as much information as possible about the aged care housing market in these areas and in particular competing developments. The work they did was thorough and well researched. It enabled us to target those areas where there was greatest demand.

We obtained the services of Spectrum Analysis to assist us in (a) analysing the existing General Practitioner ‘penetration’ across Melbourne, and (b) identifying and evaluating the benefits of a given area for additional medical services.
Spectrum have put together several individual Site Potential Reports for us, which involved an on-site evaluation of a proposed area, combined with an internal analysis. This incorporated the aforementioned GP data, as well as the latest Census 2006 data.
