Baw Baw Shire Council

Baw Baw Shire Council is a local government instrumentality located one hour's drive to the east of the Melbourne CBD. The Shire is in Victoria's south-east growth corridor and has, for a number of years been experiencing good levels of residential, retail, business and industrial growth. Due to its position, lifestyle opportunities and high quality services, Baw Baw is expected to grow further into the future.
The work that council required was highly confidential and specific in nature but at the same time also required development of contacts with organisations and groups outside the shire and specific information on the bulky goods industry and opportunities.
Spectrum Analysis came to the table with relevant experience, relevant contacts and the ability to understand our needs and work in an organised method through what was potentially a confusing field of data and opportunities.
The report received was factual, relevant and able to be used in a constructive way to help the project develop in the future. he fact that Spectrum Analysis also value-added through promotion of the project to potential partners after completion of the project was also of high value.
