Peter is one of the co founders of Spectrum Analysis in the mid ‘90’s, and responsible for its growth and securing the variety of large and small clients we enjoy.
He joined Spectrum full time in 1999 following twenty years experience in the oil industry, in a multitude of roles. These include various levels of management and specialised work in Strategic Planning and Network Development.
Working in Caltex Australia Ltd., his experiences included Manager of Western Australia, Country Sales Manager in three states, and Property Manager for Victoria. Peter has international experience working in the design and implementation of the sales prediction modelling for Caltex International, now used also by Chevron and Texaco internationally.
In 2007, Peter was accepted as a Fellow of the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) ... the highest level attainable. The new FCA 'Franchise Professional' system is operated by the FCA Franchise Academy, and available only to those with suitable qualifications and experience. Peter was also awarded his Certified Management Consultant (CMC) by the Institute of Management Consultants in 2010.
As well as managing the company, he still enjoys being an active participant in many projects, handling most of the specific site evaluations we are asked to perform for major retailers.

Troy Butler has been a full-time analyst with Spectrum Analysis since 2000, graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Science degree (specialising in advanced mathematics and GIS mapping).
Troy is now the company's Operations Manager, and is primarily responsible for:
- planning, directing and co-ordinating the business' daily operations, - the project management of market analyses, and - working on, and project-leading many major jobs, reports and site evaluations

Damon joined Spectrum in 2004 having completed an Honours degree in Psychology. He brings statistical, analytical, research and writing skills to the company, and acquired Spectrum’s demographic and mapping techniques through on-the-job training.
Damon applies these skills to plan, execute and report on market research and analysis projects such as site evaluation, sales prediction, and cannibalisation analysis.

Cinzia Gandolfo - Analyst B.Bus. (Business Modelling & Marketing) |

Cinzia Gandolfo has been with the company since 1999. She comes from a statistical background having graduated from a Bachelor of Business degree.
Cinzia is the senior market mapper, and her primary contributions to the company are:
- producing franchise territory maps for franchisors, - data extraction from the ABS - Census of Population and Housing (2006), and - assisting with numerous site potential reports

Melinda Shepherd - Analyst Post Grad Dip. of Science (Applied Statistics) |

Melinda joined the company in early-2005, having completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Statistics.
Her background includes survey design and development, and the use of different statistical techniques to support existing theories.
Melinda is primarily involved in market analyses and the building of mathematical prediction models.

Anubhav Tewari has been associated with the company since 2006. Anubhav has a Masters in Statistics and Operations Research from RMIT University. He is primarily responsible for:
- Statistical modelling and analysis; and - GIS application development, geospatial analysis and mapping
